We do not hold specific personal information of the participant when a parent or guardian chooses not to register the participant. We also collect IP addresses, usage information, crash and error reports associated with your use of our software and hardware products

We will not charge any fee for your access request. In order to protect your personal information, we may require further identifying information from you before releasing any requested information.
